What is this for?
Following the resignation of our factor (Myreside), an Extraordinary General meeting (EGM) has been called to appoint a new factor.
You can vote either in person or by proxy form.
An invitation letter with proxy form was sent to all owners by Myreside on the 2nd November. This letter can be downloaded here.
A meeting was held on the 2nd November 2021 to update Owners on progress of the Factor Tender and to take questions. A summary of the questions and answers can be requested by emailing the Committee on email@example.com.
The owners association committee has contacted 4 potential factors, based on previous tendering rounds and their capacity to factor such a large development:

- James Gibb
Of these 4, an initial questionnaire response allowed narrowing down the choice to 2 suitable candidates that are willing to factor our large development.
These factors; James Gibb and Trinity, have submitted their tender proposal documents. The committee has reviewed these documents and responded with a series of questions to help clarify their proposals for owners.
The tender documents for James Gibb and Trinity have now been removed as the EGM date as passed and a factor has been voted in.
