The EGM focus was to appoint a new factor with effect from 1st December 2021 – Trinity Factors won the Owner vote and will be the Factor for the Sinclair Development.

Extraordinary General Meeting: Wednesday 17th November @ 7pm

Following the resignation of our current factor (Myreside Management), an Extraordinary General meeting (EGM) has been called to appoint a new factor with effect from 1st December 2021

An invitation letter with proxy form was sent to all owners by Myreside on 2nd November.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, a proxy vote can be made on your behalf by
completing the proxy form and returning it as detailed in the letter by no later than 16th November 2021.

The committee understand that there will be anxiety produced by the recent communication from Myreside where they have tendered their resignation as Factor.  

We would like to assure everyone that the committee of volunteers are working to ensure that the estate is not detrimentally affected by this. 

However, we would like to hold an Owners meeting to update you on the progress of our efforts, address any concerns and answer any questions
